A Could-have-been

Dear Zonk.

I never thought that at almost-25 I would be sitting at my desk  and churning out designs  nine hours a day, seven days a week and so on, and on and on. I did not think that I would be well on my way to being a could-have-been. And that Time and Youth would someday begin to feel so finite.

The thing is, I feel like I’m not doing much to change the way things are going.

And now I’ve found this, and I feel like the Universe is reprimanding me.

Love always,

PS: At least I’ll never be a boss.
PPS: I love Zen Pencils.

I paint and make music and blog like a maniac. These days I try to run. But I have chicken legs and lungs the size of two-rupee balloons. I fail. I like pajamas and striped socks and books that read like song and songs that sound like poetry and strangers who read this page. And Maggi when I'm sick or cold or sad or celebrating. They'll find noodles in my veins if ever they cut me open. And potatoes. And maybe a tiny bit of whiskey. I'll be an Unidentified Living Object and they'll put my insides on display. It will be crazy. It will be awesome. It will.
